Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 20, 2026

Pascual Labs ("we", "our", "us") builds browser extensions and the website at pascuallabs.com. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, what we don't, and how our extensions handle the content you encounter while using them.

The short version. We don't collect or sell your messages, chats, videos, or browsing history. Our extensions process content on the fly to translate or dub it, then forget about it. We don't have accounts, we don't have profiles, and we don't have ad networks.

1. What our extensions do with your data

Our translation extensions (Discord Auto Translator and the upcoming Telegram, WhatsApp, Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, LinkedIn and YouTube Translators) read the messages displayed on the page so they can be translated and shown back to you in your language.

For each message:

Pascual AnyDub sends the audio track of the currently playing video to a dubbing service to generate the translated voice, which is then streamed back into your browser. The original video and the generated dub are not retained by us.

GPT Reply for X sends the text of the tweet you click "reply" on to an AI provider to generate a draft. The tweet text and the generated draft are not retained.

DOS Game Hub runs classic DOS games entirely within your browser using DOSBox WebAssembly emulation. It makes zero network requests during gameplay. No game data, no gameplay data, and no user data of any kind is collected, sent, or stored. The extension operates 100% offline after installation.

Obsidian AdBlocker Pro is a pure local ad-blocking extension. It never sends any browsing data, visited URLs, or page content to any server. All ad and tracker blocking is performed on-device using Chrome's declarativeNetRequest engine. The automatic cookie-banner dismissal scriptlet runs locally in your browser tab and does not transmit any page content externally. The only data stored is your extension preferences (enabled/disabled, whitelist, custom rules), saved in chrome.storage.local on your device.

2. Third-party providers

Because translation, dubbing and AI generation are computationally expensive, our extensions use established third-party providers to perform the actual work. Depending on the extension and your settings, this may include Google Cloud Translation, DeepL, OpenAI, or comparable services.

When data is sent to these providers it is subject to their own privacy practices. We choose providers that do not retain customer content for training and we send only what is strictly required for the request.

3. What we do not collect

4. Local storage on your device

Our extensions store a small amount of data locally in your browser to remember your preferences — your selected target language, your preferred translation engine, your light/dark theme. This data never leaves your device.

5. The pascuallabs.com website

This website is a static landing page. We do not run third-party analytics, ad networks, or tracking pixels. We may add lightweight, privacy-respecting analytics in the future (such as aggregate page-view counts), and if we do we will update this policy and link to that provider's privacy notice here.

6. Children

Our extensions and website are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Changes to this policy

If we update this Privacy Policy we will change the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be noted at the top of the page.
